Ingredients

1pineapple, diced

50mltequila

30mllime juice

25mlagave

25mlorange liqueur

1/4scotch bonnet

Salt and chilli, for the rim

Lime wedges

This slushy is made from frozen pineapple, no ice cubes here! This means the drink doesn't get too watered down as it melts, which is ideal for a hot day!

Method

Freeze the diced pineapple for 2 hours.

When frozen, add to a blender with tequila, lime, agave, and scotch bonnet. Blend until smooth. You may need to add more pineapple/ice to adjust the slushy texture.

Rim a glass with lime, and coat the edge in salt and chilli. Pour in the slushy, and garnish with a pineapple leaf. Enjoy!
