Oumph! Korean BBQ Bibimbap

A flavour-packed Bibimbap, perfect for a mid week meal. It’s got veg, a sticky sauce and some meaty Oumph! Korean BBQ Chunk for the perfect meaty texture and flavour.

Ingredients

For the Bibimbap

1/2 tbspvegetable oil

1carrot, cut into matchsticks

150gfresh spinach

1clove garlic, grated

1 tspsesame seeds

1pack Oumph! Korean BBQ Chunk

For the Bibimbap sauce

1 tbspgochujang

2cloves garlic, grated

2 tbspsoy sauce

4 tspwhite sugar

1 tspvegetable oil

2 tbspcold water

To serve

125gvegan kimchi

1avocado, halved and fanned

200gwhite rice, cooked

to servesesame seeds

This quick, healthy dinner is made in under 20 minutes and is bursting with flavour. Grab some Oumph! Korean BBQ Chunk for the ultimate meaty topping and slather over tonnes of sticky sweet Gochujang sauce. This is an absolute winner.

Method

In a frying pan heat up the veg oil over a medium heat. Add the carrot matchsticks then fry for a few mins until softened. Remove then add the spinach with a splash of water to the pan. Once it begins to soften, add the grated garlic and tsp sesame seeds. Remove once the spinach has wilted.

Next, cook the pack Oumph! Korean BBQ Chunk according to package instructions until golden brown.

Mix together the ingredients for the Gochujang sauce until glossy and drizzleable.

In 2 bowls, load in the cooked rice then top with the cooked Korean BBQ Chunks, kimchi, avocado, carrots, spinach and Bibimbap sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds.
