Spicy Lime Grapefruit Mocktail

It may be cold outside, but our Pepsi MAX Lime mocktail is going to make things feel tropical.

Ingredients

what you'll need:

75mlPepsi MAX Lime

100mlgrapefruit juice

15mlgrenadine

½ jalapeño pepper

Spicy Lime Grapefruit - the flavours of South America & Mexico are coming to your festive party this Christmas. This recipe is sweet, it's sour and it's spicy - the perfect thing to get you through the cold months.

Method

Rim a rocks glass with cayenne pepper salt.

Muddle the jalapeños into the base of shaker glass.

Add ice to the shaker glass.

Pour grenadine and grapefruit juice over the ice.

Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Gently layer Pepsi MAX Lime on top.

Garnish with burnt grapefruit slice and lime wedge.
