Ingredients

for the cocktail:

50mlHendrick's lunar gin

50mlsparkling wine

150mlFever Tree tonic water

ice

cucumber slice

lemon wedge

The first primary moon in the lunar cycle is the New Moon. The New Moon is a time to celebrate, take a moment to contemplate and set intentions for the coming weeks. For our second recipe in our Lunar Cocktail series, we have created this incredibly refreshing Celestial Spritz with Hendrick’s Limited Release Lunar Gin.

Method

First up, fill the glass with ice (goblet glass recommended)

Then add 50ml of Hendrick’s Lunar Gin to a glass

Follow this with 50ml of sparkling wine

Top with 150ml of Fever Tree tonic water

Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a lemon wedge
